I’v been a nursing mother for 18 months so far and I’ve tried quite a few different nursing bras. With that being said, this is my favorite! It’s so soft on my skin and fits me perfectly even though I’m ver large up top. My normal bra size is about a 38DD and their extra larges fit me. The straps do not dig into my shoulders and the band does not leave any marks on my skin. I had no problem nursing my little girl while wearing this bra. I even recommend it for pregnant women for everyday where as well as sleeping it because it allows you to “grow” because it’s stretchy.
My final opinion is: Yes, I recommend this nursing bra. Very highly I might add.

Oh, I love love love this sling!!! There is a learning curb to getting it adjusted to where you want it but the positive to this is that for the most part you won’t be moving it once you have it set where you like it! The most important part is making sure the rings are “neat” and the material isn’t bunched up. If the material is bunched up it will make adjustments very hard. Slip the sling onto your non dominant side so that it’s sitting on your shoulder and not your neck. The two rings should fall on high on your upper chest about even with your arm pit. I find it’s easier to adjust the sling before you put your baby in it. Then slip baby in and get his little legs in a frog position and pull the material under his knees forming a “seat”. The knees should be higher than the babies butt so that your little one is secure. Also, even though I know my baby is very secure in this ring sling I always like to air on the side of caution and keep one hand on her for security as a just in case.
